Question 1

How does the treatment work?

Accepted Answer

For the treatment, you undress to your underwear and are covered with a soft cloth. You lie comfortably on your back on our table with your legs slightly elevated. The body is treated section by section — we start at the torso and gently work towards the arms, legs and face. The treatment is completely painless and wonderfully relaxing.

Question 2

How can I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

You can easily book an appointment online through our website or contact us by phone. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Question 3

How long does a treatment last and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A Full Body Lymphatic Drainage lasts 45-60 minutes and costs €150 (only €130 per session with a 5-session card). The Face treatment lasts 30 minutes for €75 (only €70 per session with a 5-session card). With our 5-session cards, you save up to €100.

Question 4

How should I prepare for the treatment?

Accepted Answer

We recommend eating lightly about 2 hours before the treatment and drinking plenty of water. Please come in comfortable clothing and without heavy makeup for facial treatments. After the treatment, drinking lots of fluids, movement, and sufficient sleep are ideal to support the effects.

Question 5

How often should I come for lymphatic drainage?

Accepted Answer

For optimal results, we recommend weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks initially. After that, a monthly maintenance treatment is sufficient to preserve the results. This is why our 5-session card is particularly worthwhile.

Question 6

When should lymphatic drainage not be performed?

Accepted Answer

Lymphatic drainage should not be performed in case of acute infections, fever, thrombosis, tumors in the lymphatic system, blood clotting disorders, open wounds, or certain heart conditions. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand. Please inform us about existing medical conditions before treatment.

Question 7

Does lymphatic drainage have side effects?

Accepted Answer

Lymphatic drainage is considered a very safe treatment. In rare cases, mild skin irritation or temporary redness may occur, especially with sensitive skin. Our trained therapists adjust the pressure individually, so the treatment is always pleasant and soothing.

Question 8

When will I see first results?

Accepted Answer

Many clients report a lighter body feeling and reduced swelling after the first session. Visible improvements in skin quality and body contour usually show after 3-4 treatments.
