How does the treatment work?

For the treatment, you undress to your underwear and are covered with a soft cloth. You lie comfortably on your back on our table with your legs slightly elevated. The body is treated section by section — we start at the torso and gently work towards the arms, legs and face. The treatment is completely painless and wonderfully relaxing.

A Full Body Lymphatic Drainage lasts 45-60 minutes and costs €150 (only €130 per session with a 5-session card). The Face treatment lasts 30 minutes for €75 (only €70 per session with a 5-session card). With our 5-session cards, you save up to €100.

How should I prepare for the treatment?

We recommend eating lightly about 2 hours before the treatment and drinking plenty of water. Please come in comfortable clothing and without heavy makeup for facial treatments. After the treatment, drinking lots of fluids, movement, and sufficient sleep are ideal to support the effects.

For optimal results, we recommend weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks initially. After that, a monthly maintenance treatment is sufficient to preserve the results. This is why our 5-session card is particularly worthwhile.

Lymphatic drainage should not be performed in case of acute infections, fever, thrombosis, tumors in the lymphatic system, blood clotting disorders, open wounds, or certain heart conditions.
